Eat only moderate portions of food at one time. Try eating five to six smaller meals per day, rather than two or three large meals. Don't skip any of your meals, it only leads to hunger, which than results in over eating and stress to your digestive system. With todays hectic lifestyles, it is difficult to sit and relax at each meal, but it is important that you try to relax while you eat. When your calm, you tend to chew your food more completely and your digestive muscles contract and relax normally. That means they will be more apt to digest and utilize the food properly and keep harmful toxins moving out of your body.

Regular exercise is very important. All it takes is one brief 20 to 30 minute brisk walk per day. Sustained physical activity stimulates your intestinal muscles helping to push waste through and burn those excess calories.

6) Get regular exercise.
