The CPR System™ provides cleaning, phosphating and recycling in one system for manufacturers of large metal products as a means of pretreatment before paint. The chemical bath from the high pressure wash water including the chemical cleaner is collected and recycled for continuous use. When it is time to clean and phosphate your large metal parts prior to paint, the operator switches on the high pressure Bondtite phosphating washer unit. Pulling the wand trigger energizes the high-pressure circuit, which automatically ignites the gas burner, heating only the water that is used for an efficient on demand operation. The heated and pressurized chemical cleaner / phosphate solution is then sprayed on the work piece with a 25-degree fan nozzle held 4 to 6 inches away. Spraying with overlapping side-to-side motions, the part is cleaned and phosphate in 1 step. Clean water rinsing is optional. The parts are then dried and sent for coating.

Using high pressure phosphate up to 4,000 psi at 180 degrees the conversion is fast. With its one step cleaner, phosphate, PhosBite 101, the CPR System™ will quickly remove oil and dirt from large metal products. High-pressure impingement of the phosphate solution creates an iron phosphate coating on the steel to deter flash rusting, improve paint adhesion and increase salt spray test times. A CPR System™ recycles the wash water and reclaims the cleaner eliminating monitoring and record keeping of industrial wastewater discharge. By reclaiming the wash water bath and recycling the phosphoric cleaner degreaser a CPR System™ reduces chemical and water consumption by 80% over typical wash water discharge methods.
