Comedies That You Must Watch This Fall

If you enjoy taking in a entertaining comedy at the end of a long work day check out these three comedies that are sure to take the edge off after a stressful day! The first two shows are returning after multiple seasons while the last is debuting this fall. All three shows are sure to be around for a while longer.

The Big Bang Theory - When you mention Chuck Lorre and TV you know there is a pretty good chance that you have a hit on your hands. The Big Bang Theory, on CBS, is no exception. The show centers around a group of four intellectual friends that all work, and play, at the college science department. Sheldon Cooper (Jim Parsons) and Leonard Hofstadter (Johnny Galecki) are roommates and pals that are at the core of the fabulous nerd foursome. They live in an apartment complex in an apartment right across the hall from the beautiful Penny (Kaley Cuoco) who puts up with their quirky lifestyle and provides a lot of comic relief. The hilarious banter exists between Sheldon, Leonard, Raj and Wolowitz as they engage each other on comic books, quantum physics and every intellectual topic under the sun. The show is wonderfully written and is an absolute must watch.

Two and a Half Men - While we are on the subject of the talented Chuck Lorre, we can't exclude the well established hit, Two and a Half Men. The show centers around Charlie Harper (Charlie Sheen) who lives in his beautiful Malibu house with his anal brother Alan Harper (Jon Cryer). The relationship between the successful Charlie and embarrassingly down on his luck Alan provides a great number of laughs. Add in Alan's only son Jake Harper (Angus T. Jones) and the jokes just keep on coming. Watching Jake grow up with such diverse role models has been the core of the shows comedic dialogue. The show is in its ninth season and still delivers consistent quality episodes. Check it out on CBS television.

Outsourced - The new show that is going to be a huge success in 2010 is from the director of The Office (Ken Kwapis) called Outsourced. See what happens when the phone operations for Mid Atlantic Novelties is moved, along with the team leader Todd Dempsy (Ben Rappaport), to India. Laugh along as Todd tries to educate his new employees all about the novelty products industry and how important they are to the American society. Todd will end up needing to learn a great deal more than he originally thought about the unique culture of India. Sure to be packed with laughs. You know if it comes from the minds that brought us The Office, it has to funny. Check out Outsourced on NBC coming this fall.
