For those with warm tones, the colors for hair can be orange-based reds like auburn, ginger or flame, golden browns or blond, and pale blonds. If you want a natural look, then go for a combination of these different shades rather than a flat single color. Now try on an orange shirt and a cool pink shirt. You will find that only one of them looks good on you. That is because cool tones go great with sapphire blue, sea green, ruby red, lavender, silver, plum, emerald green, other pastel colors and of course, cool pink. If you have warm tones, colors that will look good on you, apart from orange, are earth tones like yellow-green, olive green, red, navy blue and dark brown.
