The Canadian rock band Rush has recently finished its tour “Time Machine Tour” in 2010 and scheduled to expand the tour in 2011. Its album “Clockwork Angels” will be released this year. The Rush band need to pen two or three more songs in order to finish the record, then they will hit the road in on the Time Machine Tour. The Time Machine tour was launched in summer 2010 with a 37-date. It grossed nearly $19 million. As a part of its “Time Machine Tour” Rush band will perform both old and new material, as well as the entire 1980 “Moving Pictures” album songs. Rush has another dozen dates for its on-going Time Machine tour across North America.
The new dates run into June and the final leg of the tour takes in portions of the U.S, Canada in April and Europe in May before returning to U.S in June. The concert will be held on 26th of June at Sleep Train Pavilion in Concord. The Rush band will perform its concert on 28th of June at Sleep Country Amphitheater. The last show will be in Seattle, Washington on 2nd of July. The summer will be vacation time for the band, and then they will resume work on the album in September. Rush’s Neil Peart is releasing a new book on 1st of May. It will be his fifth book. Book entitled Far and Away: A Prize Every Time. This book is a collection of stories from nearly four years of band tours and road trips. The rush is on to book hotel rooms in the Moncton area for July 30. Rush is also working on its next studio album, “Clockwise Angels”. The band’s plan is to write until the next round of touring begins.. Get your cheap rush tickets before they sold out
