This process involves an organization through which the calls will be directed to handle the functions. Due to the advanced technology, the geographical location of the outsourced centre is not at all a problem now. The costs of outsourcing have gone down drastically. But it is always safer to opt for quality services, as call centres interact directly with your customers. Remember customers drive your organization and thus call centres too!
