5th Avenue Beauty & Day Spa Brisbane Leg Waxing Procedure.

• Set up bed with the back lowered and the large mat over the lower part of the bed

• Have your strip wax heated, strips cut and all your cleansers, powders, etc, ready to use

• Using a cotton pad, wipe legs with cleanser then apply powder

• Apply the wax using rollers (don't forget to wrap plastic strip around the cartridge so not to burn yourself

o apply to the front shin of both legs then remove wax

o then both knees and remove

o ask the client to tilt legs to the left and do both sides

o then tilt to opposite way and remove from that side

o ask client to role over, holding towel up for modesty

o apply wax over one leg from below knee to heel and remove

o then other leg

o then the section above the knee

• Finish the treatment by applying after wax oil and massage for 5 minutes, then hot towel

• Roll over the client and repeat the front of the legs

• Allow the client to take their time getting changed and meet them out at the front desk

• Ask the client:

o Are they exfoliating with loofah gloves to prevent ingrown hairs?

o Do they moisturize? (the Pevonia Dry Body Oil if fantastic)
