The massive and rapid growth of the call center industry is due to the availability of their services to every market in the Philippines. From a few agents, Magellan Call Center now boasts an over of 300 highly trained agents in two separate offices in central Metro Manila.


While their services had grown dramatically, their aim remains the same, which is to offer Business Answering Service to small and medium businesses in the Philippines.
