The HTC Snap looks like a PDA, in fact its QWERTY keyboard and large display screen are more reminiscent of a handheld than a mobile phone. Although its looks are of that style its functionality is all about providing access to a vast range of features whilst on the move.


This phone is one of a breed of Smart phones. It operates with a 528 MHz processor and windows mobile 6.1 standard operating system as well as pocket office, which includes cut down versions of Word, Excel and PowerPoint from the favourite office software by Microsoft. It also comes with a handy organiser for keeping track of useful dates and appointments. A QWERTY keyboard is provided which offers unrivalled ease of inputting text and data. The HTC Snap , much like the HTC Magic is a phone which is tailored to a specific market. Its PDA styling gives away its true purpose, which is to provide an effective means of communication for the busy person who needs to be able to work whilst on the move. Its functionality is aimed at providing features that accomplish that particular purpose and as such has made this mobile phone one which has become a firm favourite with many who have reviewed this offering from HTC.
