- Click on the menu command that allows you to send a fax - such as Send New and Send Fax.
- Entering the fax number of the recipient and any other particulars requested. Be sure to include area codes and long-distance if sought.
- Indicate whether you wish to send a cover sheet.
- Follow instructions to attach the file that you want to fax.
- Click Send. The fax will compile the information and then dial the remote fax machine.
- When the connection is established, the fax will be transmitted.
