There are many popular and highly-recognized call center companies in the Philippines today, and most of which are multinational companies that gave rise to the Philippines in the global market. However, other than these multinational and foreign companies, a number of local call center companies were also recognized for their contribution to the massive expansion of industry in the Philippine market.

It was only recently that the call center industry of the Philippines was hailed as the largest provider of call center services which placed the country as the call center capital of the world.
