Hcg diet protocol Overview

Through the first couple of times of taking HCG drops, you need to be eating high calorie foods that have high fat and sugar contents. There isn't a limit to the quantity of calories or the types of foods which are eaten. Sweets, cookies, frozen goodies, deep fried foods, etc are common acceptable foods. It is important which you "load" properly, this can be a very critical part of the diet. Do not begin loading when you have not started taking the HCG Drops. It is common for individuals to gain 3-5 pounds inside the first 2 days. No problem, you can lose all this within the follow 2 days. Individuals who chose to not "load" properly are finding that all of those other your weight won't drop as fast as the individuals who spent the time to "load".

So, start your daily diet having a party and eat as much as it is possible to!

Sample Diet (after loading) Stay well hydrated every day (no less than 2 liters)

Breakfast: Coffee in any quantity without sugar. Only one tablespoonful of milk allowed in a day. Saccharin or Stevia can be employed. Stevia is really a more healthy choice.

Lunch:

  1. 100 grams of veal, beef, chicken, fresh white fish, lobster, crab, or shrimp. All visible fat must be carefully removed before cooking, and also the meat have to be weighed raw. It has to be boiled or grilled without additional fat. Salmon, eel, tuna, herring, dried or pickled fish are certainly not allowed. The chicken white meat has to be taken off the bird. Boneless and skinless.


  2. One type of vegetable simply to be chosen through the following: spinach, chard, chicory, beetgreens, green salad, tomatoes, celery, fennel, onions, red radishes, cucumbers, asparagus, cabbage.


  3. One breadstick (grissino) a treadmill Melba toast (Wasa Bread can also be acceptable).


  4. An apple, orange, or a few strawberries (6-9 based on their size) or one-half grapefruit.


Dinner:

A similar four choices as lunch (above.)No oil, butter or dressing.

Hint: Our clients have discovered that saving your fruit and/or melba toast for any snack between lunch and dinner has helped these phones not feel as hungry in addition to keep their metabolism burning more steadily each day.

Green Onion Soup



  1. Briefly steam saving money onions until tender.


  2. Preheat saucepan over MED heat.


  3. Chop steamed green onions.


  4. In a saucepan, saute the green onions in a little bit of vegetable broth for a few minutes, then add the parsley, zsweet, paprika, salt, dill, thyme, celery seed, and cayenne. Saute 1-2 mins more.


  5. Add remaining vegetable broth, reduce heat, cover and simmer 20-30 mins.


Lemon Pepper Fish



  1. Place fish in small bowl. Add garlic, black pepper, salt, cumin, and turmeric. Ensure to coat each side.


  2. Cover & marinate a minimum of 1 hour in refrigerator.


  3. Preheat oven to 400.


  4. Place the fish in a very non-stick baking dish, & cover while using marinade.


  5. Bake 10-20 minutes determined by thickness, until fish easily flakes.


  6. Squeeze with lemon juice.


  7. Serve.


Crockpot Swiss Steak



  1. Preheat pan over MED-HI heat.


  2. Sprinkle steak with liquid aminos.


  3. Dip steak in shake 'n bake, coating each side.


  4. Add steak to pan and brown on either side.


  5. Transfer steak to crockpot.


  6. Cover with garlic, celery, onions, and diced tomato.


  7. Top with beef broth. Don't stir!


  8. Cover and cook on low until reaches desired doneness.


  9. When done, serve immediately, and cover with juices from crockpot.


NOTE: This dish includes 3 vegetables which are meant just for flavor. When finished cooking, you'll be able to discard veggies, or elect to eat just one of them (even as we aren't permitted to mix veggies on phase 2 per Dr S).

Asparagus Frittata



  1. Preheat pan over MED heat.


  2. Snap woody ends off asparagus and discard.


  3. Snap each asparagus spear into 2-3 pieces. Help to increase pan with garlic & heat through until tender.


  4. Preheat oven to 400.


  5. In bowl, mix eggs & water. Add asparagus, minced onion, parsley, salt/pepper.


  6. Pour egg mixture into non-stick baking dish (or dish lined with parchment paper).


  7. Place in oven and cook 10-15 mins until done.


  8. Top with tabasco (optional) and serve immediately.


Orange Ginger Chicken



  1. Preheat pan over MED heat.


  2. Sprinkle chicken with pepper.


  3. Add chicken to pan and stir fry until brown on every side, about 5-10 mins.


  4. Add garlic and cook for 1 min.


  5. Squeeze juice of orange quarters over chicken.


  6. Peel & separate orange into sections. Add orange sections, ginger, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and basil. Stir well.


  7. Cover and simmer for around 20-30 mins.
