Lost Season 6……. The most anticipated TV finale ever?

The President thinks so…

It's the grand finale, every man, women, child and President will be watching Series 6 of Lost in the next few weeks.

Even if you don't watch the show you know it's coming the build-up is almost palpable. Will our favourite shipwrecked clan get back on . back off the island? Will Kate choose Sawyer or Jack? Will someone feed that Polar Bear?

These questions and many others are hugely anticipated, so much so that President Obama might even be moving his State of the Union Address on the 2nd February because of it. Lost producer, Carlton Cuse, posted the following on his Twitter account
"In exchange for moving his speech, Damon and I promise to answer ANY questions the president has about LOST."

Surely the White House would not change a Presidents speech for a TV show? But this ain't a normal TV show as a spokesman seems to have confirmed - White House spokesman Robert Gibbs reassured the viewing public at a White House press briefing:
"I don't foresee a scenario in which the millions of people that hope to finally get some conclusion in "Lost" are pre-empted by the president,"

I'm not American - and love Obama maybe, I will more likely watch Lost anyway over the speech.

Us UK viewers will have to wait a few days longer than our state-side friends as the US channels are a couple of days ahead. And when it finally comes get our fix on Fridays now - On Sky 1 at 9pm, 5th February. I have to conclude that Friday night is normally the night that I may have the odd pint down my local, this is routine for me. But now I find myself changing something that has always been for a TV Show, maybe the Presidents got it right?
