How to Get Rid of Wrinkles Under the Eyes - Use Products That Stimulate Collagen

A common question asked by women is how to get rid of wrinkles under the eyes. These wrinkles are caused when collagen under your skin starts to deteriorate. Collagen is what gives your skin a smooth and young look.

To help prevent and get rid of wrinkles you need to stimulate your body's collagen production.

One option is to buy a face cream that contains Vitamin A.

You should apply your vitamin A lotion nightly. At minimum you should do it every other night. The creams stop your skins cells from breaking down and they help your collagen do what it needs to do. If you are consistent with these applications you can help prevent and even reverse some fine lines and wrinkles.

If you are consistent with the application of these creams you should see a marked difference in about six month's time. Just be careful and make sure that if you are using this treatment to always wear sunscreen when you go outdoors. Using a vitamin A product makes your skin a lot more vulnerable to sun damage.

Another way to prevent and reverse the signs of aging is to use an exfoliator. When asked how to get rid of wrinkles under the eyes...most dermatologists will tell you to practice some sort of microdermabrasion. Exfoliating gets rid of dead skin cells and leaves your skin feeling fresh and clean.

You have to make sure not to go overboard when you are exfoliating. You should only really do it a max of four times a week. You should use chemical exfoliators if you have oily or combination skin. If your skin is sensitive make sure to use a physical scrub. It should come in a cream base with little particles in it.
